Dan Snyder, the owner of the Washington Football Team, may not be well-liked by the media, but he has stood up to Dwight Schar, his partner, who might have engaged in unethical business dealings. Schar has opposed Snyder before, which resulted in allegations from Snyder of leaking stories to the press, and Schar’s corrupt attorney Marc Randazza allegedly harassed former Washington Football Team employees, looking for scandals.
As a result, Snyder has won his legal cases, where the U.S. District Judge Peter Messitte wrote that Dwight Schar and his partners were wrong to bring the case into court when they had previously held an agreement that all disputes would be settled by arbitration. Because of this decision, the NFL isn’t happy with Schar. And the NFL is not interested in letting Schar and his business partners sue to sell the team. According to the Washington Post, “The NFL and owners of other teams are not pleased that Schar, Smith, and Rothman took the dispute to court, according to a person with knowledge of the league’s inner workings.”
Snyder has filed a case in federal court alleging that “Schar was involved in the leaking of damaging stories in the press.” Currently, Snyder is suing a former employee who works for a company connected to Dwight Schar. Mary-Ellen Blair, named in the lawsuit, is accused of bribing current employees to release information about Snyder. She works for Comstock Holding Companies, which has Schar’s daughter on the board.
Dan Snyder has had several fake stories released about him on foreign press sites. They say that he is a friend of Jeffery Epstein, and rode on his plane. They also bring up all the other scandals involving the NFL Washington Football Team. These sites are from out of the country. And even though they have taken the stories down, the headlines remain in Google searches about Snyder.
This is not the first time that someone who has fallen out of favor with Dwight Schar has been the victim of a smear campaign immediately afterward. Don Juravin, a Jewish entrepreneur, who served in the Israeli military before coming to the United States to help people, is currently being harassed by websites hosted on the same server that hosts the Nazi website “The Daily Stormer”.
DON JURAVIN SMEARED BY DWIGHT SCHAR’s TEAM
When Don Juravin wrote a complaint about Bella Collina, a community-owned by DCS Capital Investments (a Dwight Schar company) on Google, Randall Greene, the POA manager and Dwight Schar’s employee started to harass and intimidate the Juravin family.
The lawsuits began, but Juravin’s family and home were harassed, vandalized, and doxxed by the employees at Bella Collina, on Dwight Schar’s payroll. This included the creation of websites meant to harass Don Juravin and ruin his reputation. One of the sites was placed on the notorious OrangeWebsite, a server in Iceland that is also a host to the Nazi website The Daily Stormer, according to the BBC. Commenters on forums have said that the owner of OrangeWebsite, Henri Johannes, is a pedophile.
DWIGHT SCHAR’S ASSOCIATION WITH MARC RANDAZZA
The owner of the Washington Football Team, Dan Snyder and Joe Tacopina, his attorney, has also accused Randazza of being associated with the websites that supposedly published defamatory statements about Snyder. NBC Sports writes that Tacopina and his team pointed fingers at Randazza’s association with Ari Bass, who runs the websites that published stories about Snyder. Now that Randazza is representing Dwight Schar, it seems that both Schar and Randazza are linked as Don Juravin can probably testify to.
Randazza has been threatened with a defamation lawsuit by Dan Snyder before. The attorney apparently would go out of his way to investigate and question former Redskins employees.
Randazza two-timed his clients, who were pornographers, by working for other clients, who were also pornographers. He “solicited illicit payoffs,” said HuffPost. In 2010, Randazza tried to bribe a website so that he wouldn’t sue them, again. This solicitation was a violation of the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct.
The State Bar of Nevada sued for the suspension of Randazza’s license in 2018 with violations of ethics. His license was suspended for a year. However, the State Bar did not put the suspension into effect.
Randazza actually pleaded guilty to two violations: a bribe and a shady loan. He appealed his suspension to the Nevada Supreme Court but was rejected.
Randazza also conducted himself in a racist fashion. Apparently, he threw slurs at people when he worked in the porn industry. When he was approached about his racial language, Randazza accused other people of being racist towards him.
