Jacksonville Jaguars and LGT Wealth Management US Reveal 2025 Gridiron Grant Recipients and Schools Joining Reward Rows

The Jacksonville Jaguars UK, in partnership with LGT Wealth Management US, have announced the recipients of the 2025 Gridiron Grant alongside the list of schools set to participate in this year’s Reward Rows programme.

The Gridiron Grant, launched in 2018 by LGT Wealth Management US in collaboration with the Jacksonville Jaguars UK, is a distinctive scholarship scheme offering two students each year full tuition funding for a UK university or vocational course of their choice. The sole requirement for applicants is participation in an American football initiative affiliated with either the Jaguars or the British American Football Association (BAFA).

This year’s awardees are Noah Kirby and Jochebed Frimpong. Noah has been actively involved in both JagTag and BAFA programmes and represented the Solent Seahawks Contact American Football team. He plans to pursue a sports science degree at Bournemouth University to combine his passion for coaching with academic study. Jochebed, a rising star in both Flag and Contact football, started through the JagTag Xtra Time programme before progressing to play as a Wide Receiver for the London Warriors Women and South London Renegades. Recently named in the GB Women’s Flag Team for the Euro squad, she has aspirations of competing in LA 2028 and will be studying psychology at St Mary’s University.

The Reward Rows initiative will be brought to life during the LA Rams versus Jacksonville Jaguars game at Wembley on 19 October. This annual programme forms a key part of the Jaguars’ and LGT’s commitment to supporting communities and inspiring young people to get involved in sport and personal development. Each year, pupils engage in a series of school or youth group activities to earn the reward of attending the Wembley match with their peers. Many of the participating children come from disadvantaged or low-income backgrounds and may never have experienced a sporting spectacle of this scale before. The 2025 cohort includes schools from across the UK, including London, Liverpool, Belfast and Manchester, bringing the total number of children who have benefitted from the initiative to over 4,100 since its inception.

Paul Nixon, CEO of LGT Wealth Management US, said:

“What makes Reward Rows so special is the chance it gives children to experience the excitement of Wembley and discover American football. For some, that first experience ignited an interest that grew into real opportunity. In fact, two-thirds of our Gridiron Grant winners’ first experience of a live game was through Reward Rows, showing how early exposure can open doors to new passions and opportunities. We’re delighted to see this journey continue and congratulate this year’s winners on all they’ve achieved”

Chad Johnson, Chief Operating Officer at the Jaguars, added:

“The philanthropic endeavours of LGT Wealth Management US are one of the reasons we are proud to partner with them. We have seen many success stories emanating through both Reward Rows and the Gridiron Grant, with each initiative having firmly established roots in our community delivery through our portfolio of JagTag programmes. We are grateful to Paul Nixon and the team whose support of both American Football across the UK, and the investment in youth, enables us to continue jointly funding these initiatives.”
