DWF has supported Bellrock Group in the acquisition of the business and assets of Summers Inman, a respected UK-based consultancy specialising in construction and property services.
Founded in 2003 and backed by Sun Capital Partners, Bellrock Group is a leading provider of technology-enabled property solutions. The company is headquartered in London and has expanded through multiple acquisitions, now operating from 11 offices across the UK with a workforce of 1,800. Bellrock offers integrated, data-led services that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive value across the built environment. Its clients span sectors including healthcare, education, and retail, with notable names such as NHS trusts, universities, government departments, Costa, Pizza Express, and Marks & Spencer.
Summers Inman is widely recognised for its expertise in quantity surveying, project management, and cost consultancy. The firm delivers services across a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare, education, commercial, and residential property.
DWF advised on all legal aspects of the transaction which marks a strategic milestone in Bellrock’s continued growth, enhancing its technical and professional services capabilities.
